Balanced Flow - Starting out with a vigorous flow we will strive to find balance in the flow.  You will be challenged physically and mentally in this practice.  Because classes are smaller at our studio you will get to help in deciding what the flow will look like with requests and get more personal attention .  After we have created heat and ended with some grounding poses we will end with a shortened restorative practice.

Flow + Community Wine Hour - At a lot of the larger studios you are just a face in the crowd but here we are striving the build community so that you will know the person practicing next to you.  After we flow for an hour there is the option to stay after for a wine social to help build those relationships with your piers and teacher.

Flow + Restore - The flow in the class is all about restoring the body and mind.  We hold poses longer and are more compassionate to ourselves giving space to create change through new samskaras.  This class is the ultimate balance for your week.  After we flow, creating heat and open up the body we restore to create balance in the mind.   As we settle into our restorative poses we are completely supported, giving us the space to let go  of old patterns and invite new ones into our lives.
